Jeff Messman

I was born and raised in Central Illinois, I have over 15 years of sales experience, and have been originating loans almost a decade. I work extremely hard to ensure that every part of the loan process is smooth for my clients, and referral partners. I have lending experience markets of various sizes, from rural homes to big city condos. I work with all types of buyers whether you are a first-time buyer or a seasoned investor owning multiple properties. My specialties include Conventional, VA, FHA, Jumbo, and conventional financing, and will work with each client to map out the best plan for their financing. Working for family makes everyday fun and enjoyable and I cannot have asked for a better job!

When I am not originating loans, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Sarah, my son, Luke, and daughter’s, Lucy and Maggie who are a bundle of joy. 

I graduated of the Webster University with a BA in Business Management as well as Master of Management from Fontbonne University.
