Cody Inman

Hello, there! I’m Cody Inman, Loan Officer with Molitor Financial Group. After growing up in Athens, Alabama, I attended the University of Tennessee at Martin, where I earned a Bachelor of Finance while on a rodeo scholarship.

I have a unique passion for financial literacy and creating an environment in which money, budgeting and investing are not taboo subjects. I like to take more of a consultative approach to ensure every customer’s mortgage experience starts with a thorough understanding of their individual financial, budget and home-buying goals. I take these factors and create a loan strategy that best fits your needs.

Whether buying or refinancing, the mortgage process should be as fun and smooth as possible. And while most of the time it is, the truth of the matter is that sometimes it gets messy and just because you have a perfect scenario or great credit doesn’t mean it will not happen to you. At the end of the day, if bad things do happen there is not a person that will work harder for you than me. I look forward to helping you along this journey.
