Position Overview


The overall goal of this position is to assist with the execution of office support and administrative functions so that the company can efficiently and effectively operate.  The office administrator provides the first impression that anyone visiting or calling our office will have.  The Office Administrator will be answering calls, greeting clients, assist in lead intake management and filter the new leads and client calls out to the Loan Partners, assist the Loan Officers and Loan Processors with client items, input new contacts into company CRM, assist with printing, faxing and scanning.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of office experience preferred

  • Dedicated work ethic

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly organized and detail oriented

  • Demonstrates strong personal attributes that include: teamwork, professionalism, and the ability to see the “big picture”

  • Must possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, have solutions based thinking, enthusiastic and outgoing.
