Whitney Ebaugh

Whitney has been in the mortgage industry since 2021 and now serves as the Chief Operating Officer, bringing a thoughtful, hands-on approach to leadership. With experience spanning nearly every corner of operations—from processing and loan support to condominium project review and team coordination—she has a deep understanding of how to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

In her role as COO, Whitney oversees internal operations, team management, and marketing. She’s passionate about building efficient systems, supporting the growth of her team, and creating a seamless, supportive experience for both staff and clients.

Based in sunny Arizona, Whitney is also pursuing her Bachelor’s degree, with plans to continue on to graduate school. Outside of work, she shares her home with two dogs and two blind cats, and stays connected to her community through advocacy and volunteer work. She’s committed to creating spaces—both at work and in life—where people feel empowered, heard, and set up for success.
